Where we deliver
We deliver within the markets where ordering is open, as shown in the country menu. Delivery cost, and any free-delivery threshold, is shown in the cart before you pay.
How long it takes
The cart shows an estimate for your city. Most orders arrive within [2 to 5] working days after we ship them. Holidays and remote areas can take longer.
When your order ships, you receive its tracking number.
How perfume travels
Perfume is a flammable liquid under transport rules, so it travels by road, never by air. Some areas may therefore take longer than general parcels.
Your address
Give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody answered, a second delivery may cost extra.
Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery is offered, we may call to confirm the order before shipping it, and the courier collects the amount shown on your order.
