Versace launched Eros in 2012 as an Eau de Toilette for men, created by Aurélien Guichard. The fragrance opens with a fresh burst of mint, green apple and lemon, delivering a crisp, aromatic and citrusy start that feels lively and invigorating. This quickly moves into a heart where tonka bean, ambroxan and geranium combine, adding a sweet, slightly creamy amber facet alongside a subtle floral green nuance. The base introduces Madagascar vanilla, Virginia cedar, Atlas cedar, vetiver and oakmoss, providing a woody, earthy anchor with a faint sweet resinous trail. The overall impression is fresh, aromatic and mildly sweet, making it appropriate for daytime wear in spring or summer, particularly in casual or social outdoor settings.
