Your bottles stay yours
You send them sealed; they come back as labelled parts ready to sell, each carrying a code the buyer scans to see its batch and who filled it. One fragrance per batch, light to heavy, oud last — a nose that has just met oud cannot sort what comes after it.
19 parts per 100 ml at 5 ml, 32 at 3 ml, ±1 · the residue returns in its own bottle · prices exclude VAT
Precision is not a promise here. It is a number on the record.
Decanting by hand gives a different dose every time and leaves nothing to check afterwards. The machine stops at the target weight and records it for each vial — so when a buyer disagrees with you, the number exists.
±0.05grams
The weight tolerance per vial — recorded for each one, not “about right”.
48hours
From your bottles arriving to the vials going back — written into the contract, not hoped for.
32parts per 100 ml
At 3 ml, ±1, and the residue goes back in its own bottle — three millilitres stay on the walls and are not sold.
0minimum
Start with one bottle. A shop that tries the service with twenty vials is a shop that reorders.
Which size gives you more?
From a 100 ml bottle, after the three millilitres that stay on the walls. 5 ml is where we start: three is a sample — enough to decide on, not enough to wear.
| Size | Parts per 100 ml | Our fee per vial | What we suggest |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 ml | 32 ±1 | 4.50 | A sample — to try before buying |
| 5 ml | 19 ±1 | 5.50 | The default — the size a customer finishes |
| 10 ml | 9 ±1 | 7.50 | For the ones they already know they want again |
Prices exclude VAT, and come from the same pricing model every proposal is built from.
Five ways we can work with you
Pick one or two. What you pick is written into a contract before a bottle moves, and none of them obliges you to the rest.
AThe decanting service
5.50 per vial (5 ml)
No minimum — start with one bottle
The bottle is yours and so is the price — our fee is 5.50 a vial and nothing else. A 100 ml bottle gives 19 vials at 5 ml, so decanting one costs 104.50 in total.
BWholesale
29.00 a vial — sells at 45.00
Minimum 30 vials or 6 sets
Your margin is 16 a vial (36%) and 74 on a mixed set — stock ready to sell, with nothing to decant or pack.
CConsignment
30% of every vial sold is yours
No capital, and no dead stock if they do not sell
On a designer vial selling at 45.00, 13.50 is yours — and you paid nothing up front.
DFulfilment for your online shop
7.00 per order, on top of wholesale
Minimum 5 items an order
An order of 5 vials you sell for 225 leaves you 73 ( 14.60 a vial) — no stock, no packing, and the buyer pays the shipping.
LThe launch package
1,499.00 once
For a shop starting decants from nothing
The whole shelf at the suggested price is 2,047 — 548 above what you paid, and a shelf ready in a week instead of three months of assembling one.
All prices exclude VAT (15%) and are generated from the same pricing model our proposals are built from — not typed into this page.
“Is it genuine?” — and finally an answer.
The question that stops a sale at the counter, and that nobody selling decants can answer. This is the answer:
- The machine weighs each vial and records it against the target.
- Every vial leaves with a code of its own, printed on its label.
- The buyer scans it and sees the weight, the fill date, and the clip of their own vial being filled — not a stock photo.
And the archive starts at the first vial: anyone who did not film their sessions from the beginning cannot go back and film them.
