Valaya Parfums de Marly
Parfums de Marly launched Valaya in 2023, a composition by Quentin Bisch for women. The opening is sharp and zesty, with aldehydes and the tartness of white peach and bergamot setting the stage. The heart notes shift to a more delicate and fresh bouquet, with orange blossom and lily-of-the-valley mingling with petalia and nympheal™, creating a subtle, powdery sweetness. Vetiver and mahonia add a grounding rooty texture. The base settles into a musky, sweet warmth, with ambroxan and vanilla giving it a creamy finish. The scent is both citrusy and floral, with a powdery musk that keeps it from being too overtly sweet.
