As the top fades, the heart unfolds with a dense, animalic core of oud layered with leather, dried fruits and tobacco, the tonka bean softening the blend with a faint sweet‑nutty warmth. The dry down settles into an earthy, resinous base of patchouli, Indian oud and vetiver, where the oud’s woody depth is anchored by the dry, slightly smoky vetiver and the grounding, slightly sweet patchouli. The overall character is rich and smoky with a hint of fruit, suited to cooler evenings in autumn, especially in indoor settings such as a lounge or a quiet dinner.
