The composition centers on a "Golden Queen" floral accord that is combined with jasmine sambac absolute and tuberose absolute, expanding the familiar white-floral Bloom bouquet with additional creamy, velvety and powdery nuances. The fragrance is described as musky and gently woody, with a structure that pairs a luminous floral heart with a more textured base. Developed by perfumer Alberto Morillas, Bloom Ambrosia d'Oro includes notes of jasmine sambac absolute, tuberose, rangoon creeper and stylized accords such as Golden Queen and Golden Flower. These are complemented by ginger, ambrox, romandolide (a musk note), poison charmer, patchouli, sandalwood and cypriol, which add warmth, muskiness and woodiness to the predominantly white-floral character.
