Amouage introduced Myths Woman in 2016, created by Nathalie Lorson for women. The opening presents a floral‑green accord: chrysanthemum and narcissus give a fresh, slightly powdery brightness, while violet leaf adds a crisp, green edge and labdanum supplies a warm, resinous undertone that prevents the top from being overtly sweet. As the scent settles, the heart unfolds with carnation’s soft spiciness, ambergris contributing a subtle marine‑salty sheen, and patchouli adding an earthy, slightly dry depth. The dry down is anchored by moss that evokes damp forest floor, leather that introduces a dry, animalic richness, and musk that rounds the composition with a clean, lingering warmth. The overall character feels rooted in a cool, wooded garden after rain, making it suitable for cooler months, evening wear, and more formal or contemplative settings.
