Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy from the OurScent store: who sells to you, prices and VAT, payment, and your rights.
Who sells to you
Orders placed in the OurScent store are sold by the company named at the foot of every page for your market, with its commercial registration number, VAT number, address and support contact.
Offers from independent stores in the "Where to buy" section are not sold by OurScent. Those purchases happen on the store's own website, under its own terms.
What we sell
- Decants: 3, 5 and 10 ml of a perfume, filled by hand from a full bottle OurScent bought. Each decant carries a lot code that traces it to the bottle it was filled from.
- Sets of decants, as described on their own pages.
- Where shown, sealed full bottles.
A decant is repackaged by OurScent. It is not a sealed product from the perfume house, and the house does not endorse it.
Prices and VAT
- Prices are in your market's currency and include VAT.
- Delivery is shown in the cart before you pay, with its VAT.
- The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
- If a price is plainly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund everything you paid.
Placing an order
The sale is agreed once your payment is confirmed, or, for cash on delivery, once we confirm the order with you. You receive the order reference and a link to follow it.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund what you paid in full.
Payment
Payments are taken by licensed payment providers: Paymob for cards, mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and wallets, and Tabby and Tamara for paying in instalments. Which methods appear depends on your market.
You pay on the provider's secure page. OurScent never sees or stores your card number; we receive only whether the payment succeeded and its reference.
Paying in instalments is an agreement between you and Tabby or Tamara, under their terms and subject to their approval.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the selling company for your market is registered. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under that law.
