Where we deliver, what delivery costs, when your order arrives and how perfume travels.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We do not ship abroad.

Orders are delivered by Egypt Post. VAT is added to the delivery fee at checkout, and the free-delivery threshold is measured on the goods total including VAT.
When your order ships
An order confirmed before 2 pm local time ships the same working day; after that, the next working day. When it ships you receive a tracking number.
How perfume travels
Perfume is a flammable liquid under transport rules, so it travels by road, not air, and can take longer than ordinary parcels in some areas.
Address and delivery
Give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or no answer, redelivery is charged.
Cash on delivery
We confirm the order with you on WhatsApp before preparing it; an order not confirmed within 72 hours is cancelled automatically. The courier collects the amount shown on your order. The deposit rules are in the terms of sale.
