Kenzo launched L'Eau par Kenzo in 1996 for women, composed by Olivier Cresp. The opening is distinctly fresh and green, featuring reed for an aquatic, slightly grassy quality, alongside invigorating mint and the clean, light floral scent of green lilac. Mandarin orange adds a bright citrus sparkle, while pink pepper introduces a subtle, fresh spice. The heart develops into a blend of aquatic and soft florals, with water lily providing a watery transparency, complemented by the powdery touch of violet and the gentle sweetness of white peach. Pepper adds a hint of warmth, while amaryllis and rose contribute to the floral bouquet. The base settles into a clean cedar, soft white musk, and a whisper of vanilla, maintaining the overall fresh character. This scent has a clear, refreshing, and airy quality. It suits warm weather and daytime wear, particularly for casual outdoor settings or everyday use.
