The fragrance features Tuberose, Jasmine Sambac, Olive and Lavender. Prem Rouge (Layer 2/2) by Dilli House is the brighter, floral counterpart in a layerable, two-part concept. Built around a luminous core of tuberose and jasmine sambac, it highlights the delicate balance between lush white flowers and quiet, herbal undertones. Provençal lavender introduces a soft aromatic lift, whilst French olive absolute adds a subtly woody, green depth to ground the bouquet. It is designed to be experienced entirely on its own, or layered with its companion to shift the balance. Most fragrances are 70 to 90 per cent alcohol. Prem Rouge contains none. Made using a water-based emulsion, the formula suspends pure plant oils in water, creating a scent that's gentler on skin, kinder to the air around you, and truer to the flower it came from. The result is a fragrance that feels soft on the surface but carries real depth. It develops slowly, in tune with your own chemistry, and can linger for days on clothing
