The opening is sharp and metallic, with aldehydes and musk creating a clean, soapy brightness that is immediately softened by the green, watery scent of cyclamen and violet leaf. Black currant adds a tart, fruity edge that keeps the top from becoming overly sterile. As the scent settles, it turns floral and complex, with rose, carnation, and ylang-ylang forming a dense bouquet. Cistus incanus and bay leaf introduce a resinous, slightly bitter herbal quality, while tarragon provides a sharp, aromatic lift. The base is warm and woody, anchored by orris root and sandalwood. Amyris and guaiac wood add a dry, smoky depth that grounds the florals.
