Optimistic for Her Paul Smith

Paul Smith presents two new perfumes in spring 2011 - Optimistic for Her and Optimistic for Him. The fragrances are cheerful, happy and energetic, as the very names suggest. A positive attitude and good-mood fragrances are needed to bring joy to our everyday life. Despite all the crises, the youth should cherish an optimistic vision of the future, as it was the case in the 60s. Paul Smith drew the inspiration from this very "flower power" era. Optimistic for Her exudes delicate pink flowers and juicy fruits. Playfully feminine and charming, it opens with pink grapefruit, raspberry and litchi. Its fresh heart includes notes of pink sweet peas, mandarin orange, cranberry and macaroons sweets. The final notes of iris and patchouli give the stronger character to the fresh fruity composition. Francoise Caron is the perfumer behind the both compositions. Alan Aboud designed bottles and packaging inspired by tickertape parades of the sixties. The fragrances are available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.
